NOTE: 2024 Super Duties with the fake hub recommendations.
- Add the factory hub & vacuum line.
- ReadyLift recommend not using the caster eccentrics if yReadyLift's truck only has the single hub
- Use ReadyLift 's radius arm drops or radius arms instead
